5 PERSON SPECIFICATION
(a) Commercial experience of at least 2 years, ideally in a legal environment
(b) The ability to communicate effectively with people of all professional levels
(c) Good attention to detail
(d) High quality service standards
(e) The ability to work well under pressure
(f) Self driven, motivated and enthusiastic to learn
(g) Experience in dealing with demanding users
6 TECHNICAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
(a) A working knowledge of PCs, laptops, printers, LAN and WAN
(b) ITIL Foundation (v2 or v3) or equivalent knowledge.
(c) Experience in supporting the following Microsoft systems is essential:
(i) Windows XP
(ii) Office 2003
(iii) Exchange 2003
(iv) Active Directory
(d) Experience in any of the following systems is desirable but not essential:
(i) Windows 7
(ii) Office 2010
(iii) Autonomy iManage v8.5 – document management system
(iv) Legal MacPac – Word authoring solution
(v) DocXTools – Word document cleanup
(vi) Elite – legal Accounting Software
