CV yazmak uzerine...

İş hayatı ile ilgili teknik-taktik varyasyonlar

New postby olamalam » Sat Oct 11, 2008 8:36 pm

@dnz
Valla mudurlerin falan bile CV'leri 2 sayfa oluyor, genelde 2. sayfalar pek okunmuyor, 3. sayfaya gelene kadar ik senin hakkindaki kararini veremediyse CV'yi cope atabilir:)

CV'ye hikaye yazmak CV'nin okunabilirligini azaltiyor.

Bence basarilarini falan Cover Letter'inda yazmalisin...

Gozume carpan noktalar:

*Son yillarda yaptigin isleri daha cok one cikarmalisin. 99 yilinda yaptigin isleri uzun uzun anlatmanin pek bir manasi yok. Teknoloji o gunden bugune cok degisti. 5-6 yildan daha eski tecrublerini kisa kisa gecmek daha iyi olur.

*Interests bolumunu kaldir. Yeni mezunlar haric kimsenin CVsinde interests diye bolum olmamali.

*Calsitigin sirketleri degil projeleri anlatmalisin. Sirketin web adresini vermek yeterli olur.

*Listeledigin teknolojilerin hepsinde uzman olmadigini dusunuyorum.

Ekleme olarak;
-Konustugun dillerde ingilizce yazmana gerek yok.
Ayrica "bachelors degree" ilk kelime olmali, son degil.
-Yine "computer programming" ilk kelime olmali.
- "IT Department Manager" pek bir sey ifade etmiyor. it departmentin ne manageri? Sanki butun IT departmani sana aitmis gibi bir hava oluyor.
-yine production manager derken ne uretiminin muduru oldugun onemli. Alt satirlara bi zahmet baksin diye dusunebilirsin ama bakmayan cok olur.

Yani kisaca "bold" yazdigin yerlerde "belirtili" isim tamlamasi kullanmalisin.

komik ornek:
Developed custom solutions. yerine;
Developed custom solutions for pleasure.

hcho'nun dedigi her seyi yaparsan acindan cok iyi olur. Cok kisa, bir sayfa cv yeterli olacaktir. Eger gorusme isterlerse ayrintili cv goturursun yaninda.

@hcho

@baris
IT Department Manager'in niye ifade etmediğini çok anlayamadım. Hakkaten her şeyi bendim. Yani şirketin bir IT bölümü vardı.

Incorg; Burda oyle her isi yapan eleman yok. Ben de Turkiyedeyken ofisin her isini yapardim. Hidrofor bozulur tamir ederim, florasan patlar yenisini takarim, ihale olur baris gider, hesaplari baris yapar, projeyi baris cizer, santiyede yine baris.. bu boyle gider..

Yoksa it departmant manager tabii ki bana gore ofisteki her isi yapan adamdir. Elemani kizarkadasindan ayrilir, alir cocugu icmeye de goturur.

Work permit ile ilgili satir su sekilde olabilir. 3 yillik oldugunun altini cizmeye luzum yok (zira bu seni bir suru ILR'li adamin gerisine atar). Bakacaklari sey sponsorluk gerekip gerekmedigi.

National of Turkey and has unrestricted right to work and live in the UK under the Tier 1 (General) Residence Permit for highly skilled migrants (formerly known as HSMP). Does not need any sponsorship.

@incorg,

Analytically driven graduate that has a record of achievement both in the United Kingdom and Turkey. CFA June 2007 applicant looking for the opportunity to engage the challenge of financial services and effectively add value through demonstrated problem solving and team work skill set. Turkish citizen; fluent English and Turkish; practical Arabic.
