Gumtree'den ilanlara bakarken de dikkatli olun güzel yerler güzel fiyatlara diye kanıp atlamamak lazım, bu işi meslek edinmiş yenetekli dolandırıcılar kriz filan dinlemiyor.

Gumtreeden bizzat ben bir dolandiriciya rast geldim. Gerci bir Turk'e asla yediremezler ama ben yine soyliyim dedim :D

Merope: ev paylasmayi aklindan gecirme, pek bize gore bir sey degil. Misal eve girdin ve odana giderken ev arkadasini salonda uygunsuz bir sekilde yakaladin. Buyuk ihtimalle sarhos ta olacaktir. Bir de sana bir laf soylerse... Felaket tellalligi yapmak istemem ama burda bu tarz seyler hayatin siradan bir parcasi.
Ben sahsen cok acik fikirli bir insanimdir ama benim esimin basina boyle bir sey gelse yapacaklarimdan mesul olmam.
munu'nun teklifini degerlendir derim. Ikinizin de kac aydir yazilarini okuyoruz, gayet normal insanlara benziyorsunuz. birbirinize 3-5 ay katlanirsiniz.

ben şu gumtreedeki dolandırıcıyı merak ettim, ne diyerek dolandırmaya çalıştılar seni?
ben ve eşim de şu sıralar ev arıyoruz da, katakulliye gelmeyelim :)

Arkadas Manchesterda studyo isleri yaptigini ve studyo ortaminin sessiz olmasi gerektigini, bu yuzden cep telefonu numarasi veremiyecegini soyledi. Bu noktada zaten bitmisti benim icin. cep ne kelime, ben direk ev telefonu isterim ev sahibinden.
Sonra bankada odeyecek param oldugunu ispatlamami istedi.
Ben proje muhendisiyim, esim nhs'de biyolog dedim ama adam tutturdu esin sana banka transferi yapsin bana da kagidi goster diye. Bir daha da kontak kurmadim zaten.
Burda banka hesap numaralari namus gibi. Kimse kimseye vermiyor. kara para aklaniyormus, hesap hackleniyormus o sekilde.
Finansci butun tanidiklarimi sordum bu isin nasil olacagini. Hicbiri banka hesabiyla kara para nasil aklanacagini bilmiyor. Yine de herkes milletin banka hesap numarasi pesinde.
Turkiyede otobuslerin cep telefonu kullaninca bozulmasi gibi bir efsane galiba.

Bir diger uckagitta daha evi gormeden, adami gormeden depozit istemek. Eve cok ilgi oldugunu soyleyip, depozit vermezseniz gosteremeyeceklerini soyluyorlar.

Genel olarak "too good to be true" tabir edilecek ilanlar bu oltacilarin oluyor. Once baktiginiz yerdeki ortalama fiyat seviyesini rightmove.co.uk'den bir kontrol edin. Eger Gumtree'deki fiyat ortalamanin cok altinda ise (%30 daha ucuzsa mesala) bilin ki adam dolandiricidir.

Üç kağıdın neye benzeyebilecegini merak edenler icin başımdan geçmiş bir olayı aynen paylaşıyorum. Aşağıdaki mail, aylar önce bir evi Gumtree'de görüp çok beğenmem ve hemen görmek istemem üzerine hatun kişiden gelen maildir (bold yerler benim yorumum):

Hi Genc,

Good you like the house and interested in renting the room, because i do intend to have the room rented out as soon as possible.

I won't be able to show the place to you prior to your move in day because of my work schedule which is very tight as i get home very late at night[bakla cabuk cikar], which includes saturdays and as for sundays always away in glasgow [7-24 hem de ?]with my grandma who is down with cancer which i go from work on saturdays to.

That is the more reason i took my time to take photos of the place to show to whomever is interested, you will be sharing the place with me as i am the only one living there for now .

I have gone through your profile which seems very much okay with me for you to rent the room, as i know we would definitely get along well with eachother. Below is a little about me.

A lil about me : I do not Drink Neither do i smoke, I am quiet easy going and fun to be with.I like to keep the house tidy and would require the same too.I am a christian by religion,my hobbies are Hiking and going to the cinema's. would like to know more about you too, i am a fashion designer by profession and 25 years old.

The other room has been booked down for by a Swedish professional lady, who has sent payment for her first months rent plus 1 months deposit which i have confirmed and have sent her receipt of payment to her with keys to her[bana güvenenler var sen de güven]. Her profile is similar with mine which makes her a good flatmate as well and would be moving in for the 25th of August.

Do note that you would need to make payment of 1 months rent plus 1 months deposit, which would be refunded back to you at the end of your stay to have the room reserved for your move in and for me to have your receipt of payment and keys mailed to you for your move in[olur güzelim].

Let me know if you are ready to rent the place.

hah deep, bana da bu tarz bi mail gelmişti aradım bulamadım sende örneği varmış süper :))

zaten dolandırıcı olmayan biri genelde kısa bir mail atar gün telefon vs ister.. böyle essay gibi bir mail gelirse direk spam mail kutusuna şutlayın.

Hele West Africa kelimesini gorunce bilgisayari bile kapatin! Yaklasik 4 senedir ben de evimin odalarini kiraliyorum,karsilastigimiz olaylar kitap yazdirir!

Deep cok guzel belirtmis,mesajlardaki cok asiri detay en guzel ipucu spam mailler icin,Anglo Sakson kulturde bu tur yazismalar iki satiri pek gecmez.

Western Union(ilk mesajda bahsedilmese bile muteakip mesajlarda kulagi cinlatilacaktir),yahoo.fr uzantili e mail adresleri,abuk subuk gramer,hece hatalari da spam mailler icin ipuclari olabilir, ayrica suphelendiginiz mesajlarin konu kismini yada gondericinin e mail adresini google da aratin,uckagidin tipini ve detaylarini spam ikaz sitelerinde goreceksinizdir.

Burada ev-oda kiralayan ev sahiplerini uyarmak acisindan;en son maruz kaldigimiz atak,yayinladigimiz double oda ilanina gelen genc delikanlinin 3-4 kere ve israrla kontrat verip veremiyecegimizi sormasi idi.

Normalde ustunkoru bir kagida yazip veriyoruz isteyen olursa ama bu israrla cok resmi yazilmis birsey istedi ve cebinden birde ornek cikarip gosterdi.

Biliyorum bir bityenigi var ama cocugun gitmesini bekliyorum google'a girmek icin :)
(cocuk=Nijeryali, ben=Pavlov'un kopegi)ve fazla uzatmadan cocugu gonderdim kibarca.Bir iki arastirmadan sonra tereddutumuzde hakli ciktik,olay,25 yasa kadar kira yardimi yapan ozel kurumlar varmis ve bu uyaniklar, landlordlardan kira kontrati alarak bu grantlari uzerilerine yapiyorlarmis evleri kiralamasalar bile,yani sadece kontrati almalari yetiyor,oyleki bu cocuk depozit vermeye bile razi idi kontrat karsiliginda.

Sanirim ben 1-2 hafta icinde max 1 ayligina Londra'ya geliyorum. Buradan is bulmak biraz zor gibi cunku :(
Tum tanidiklara mail attim kiralanacak guvenilir oda bulmak icin. Belki sizlerden de vardir.

But the issue is that i have been having problems with time wasters with regards to making the payment for the Flat and this was really a wasted time because i am presently in the studio doing some live recording and icant make or recieve calls due to the nature of my job,but have my Laptop here to reply to emails.viewing will not be a problem, Anytime during the week in the evening would be a good date for our meeting. but i want to be sure i get a proof you have the funds on you before i can commit to viewing as i have been dissapointed several times after scheduling viewings in the past few days.I work here as studio manager.. My job had suffered and i have also wasted my funds coming over to london before thats why im a little skeptical.
However,how am i going to be sure that i will not be disappointed when i come around to show you the flat?Please understand that i am NOT asking you to pay for what you have not seen.People have told me that they will pay upon us meeting if they are satisfied but they all don't have the money to pay,everyone of them is looking for a free or cheaper Flat to rent despite the fact that i have made the rent Cheap.
Pls,i need you suggestion here because you can't pay for what you have not seen,it is not advisable.

Thanks for the mail and there will signing of an agreement and contract on the viewing day,I would have love to receive bank statement,reference and bank slip as proof,but sorry i have been sent fraudulent one in the past by time wasters .I wasted fund coming from manchester just because of this flat but people don't have the money to pay for it they just want to see how beautiful it looks so i asked my colleague here in manchester, .she said for both of us to be on a safer side, that we can both do it this way that for you to show that you have the cash to pay for my rent and deposit and you will not disappoint me when i come down from manchester to sort the viewing, the best you can give me as a proof is to show that you have the cash in hand to pay...
Is that you should go to any western union outlet close to you, to send one month rent of 600 +refundable deposit 600 pounds in your name to your partner's name in your present address or you tell your partner to send the money to you...Scan and send the transfer receipt via email to me for confirmation on the western union customer care line if the money is available for any of you to pick up. when i come around to sort things with you,we will both go and pick up the money together then you pay me up.moreover, you are not sending the money to me, which i can do to person and i can never accept it. You are in custody of your money all i just needed to see is that you truly have the cash to pay me when i come down.and i will refund the transfer charges back to you.If you can get the western union done tomorrow then we can meet for viewing tomorrow in the evening from 6pm and the keys to the flat will be given to you..... the money will start counting from the day you intend to move in

gecen hafta sonu itibari ile bos oda kalmadi, uzgunum,ancak alternatif olarak, Holborn'da bir ogrenci yurdu varmis,fiyat ve ortam makul lakin yas siniri var,istersen detay ogrenebilirim,

ben bir anda evsiz kaldıktan sonra hemen gumtree ye saldırdım ..benzer mailleşmeler benzer diyologları 1 hafta boyunca yogun şekilde surdu .. bakkal tabelalarına dadandım bi ara .. sonra gumtree den evi bir senelegıne kiralayıp tekrar kiralayan bir çinli çift buldum ..bir hafta boyunca eve gidip geldim .. bu çinli arkadaşlar gerçek isimlerinin telafuzu zor oldugu için baska isim kullanıyolar biri angela diğeri jim . başta ismilerini soylemedier hep birbirimize supheyle yaklasıyoruz bu surecte . sonra soylediler .. eve gidip gelirken gas faturaları ,bank statamentları gibi bunlara gelen postaları arakladım .. en sonda bana gerçek kira kontratınını gosterin oyle tutatyım dedim ... şimdi bu konratta banka hesap numarası falanda oldugu için gostermekde istemediler sonra gosteririz ama vermeyiz dediler kontratı ..herhalde onlarda benden korktu bi ara ..surekli bir suphe hakim aramızda bu surecte akıllara zarar.... bi ara uzaylı olabilirler diye dusundum kafamda bin turlu komplo teorisi ... neyse sonra saldık ipin ucunu nereye kadar didik didik edicem diyip evi tuttum ..valla mesut bahtiyarız şimdi bi biz(eşimle ben), bi onlar dort kişi gul gibi flatta yasıyoruz ...ha bu arada deposit neyin de vermedim .. bu arada bunu londraya geldikten 1 ay sonra yaptım kabus gibi gunlerdi ustunden cok gecmedi bugunle beraber 3 ay 14 gun oldu ...

bence fazla paranoya yapmissin :)

Cinlilerin yaptigi sey, subletting ki Londra'daki kiracilarin belkide %60'i subletting yapar.

Hernekadar kira kontratlarinda aksine hukum olsada,acentalar ve landlordlarin gozyumduklari bir sey,,,helede bu ortamda..yeterki kira gununde yatsin.

seni 13 ay 14. gununde subletter olarak goruruz burada eminim :)yada landlord

Selamlar,

Londra'ya yeni gelmiş ve henüz iş bulamamış biri olarak kısa süreli bir oda kiralamayı düşünüyorum...(Gumtreedeki short term flatshare bölümünde bol ve çeşitli ilanlar mevcut)

Bu tarz kiralanan evlerde de depozito veya peşin kira ödeme gibi istekler mevcut. Bu tarz ödenen depositoları veya kiraları nasıl garanti altına alabilirim ?

Ayrıca bu kısa süreli kiralama olayına girişen kimse var mı acaba aramızda, dikkat edilmesi gereken başka bir nokta var mıdır ? Fazla mı paranoyak oldum ben yoksa?
