Priority Visa Service (non-settlement) £184
UK Visas & Immigration offers a standard 15 working day service to all customers applying for a non-settlement visa. The Priority Visa Service ensures that your application will be processed at the front of the queue. We aim to process Priority Visas within 5 working days from the date of your appointment at the UK Visa Application Centre.

To be eligible for a refund the applicant must cancel the order prior to biometric enrolment.

Please Note: Using the Priority Visa Service will not influence the outcome of your visa application. The Priority Visa fee is not refundable if your visa application is refused or in the unlikely event we are not able to meet the advertised processing time. It is not possible to purchase this service after you have submitted your application at the UK Visa Application Centre. This service is not available to customers applying for an ECAA/ EEA Family Permit/ Family Reunion categories or a visa to enter a Commonwealth country, a British Overseas Territory or a Crown Dependency (the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man).



Settlement Priority Visa Service £551
UK Visas & Immigration offers a standard 60 working day service to customers applying for a settlement visa.
The Settlement Priority Visa Service ensures that your application will be processed at the front of the queue. We aim to process Settlement Priority Visas within 15 working days from the date of your appointment at the UK Visa Application Centre.

Please note: Using the Priority Visa Service will not influence the outcome of your visa application. The Priority Visa fee is not refundable if your visa application is refused or in the unlikely event we are not able to meet the advertised processing time. Merhaba arkadaşlar, biz 12 Nisan'da başvurmuştuk bugün bize de aynı mail geldi. Metin aynı en kısa sürede yanıtlayamaya çalışacağız diyor.

New supporting document scanning process
From 24th of April customers applying for a UK visa in Istanbul will benefit from digital improvements to the UK visa application process. Supporting documents will be scanned whilst customers are at the visa application centre, and then given straight back immediately. These digital documents will then be sent securely to UKVI, with the passport, and visa officers will then consider the application in the usual way. This new process allows customers to retain their important supporting documents during the application process. This development is made available to customers using both our standard and Priority Visa services.

All documents submitted by customers applying for PBS Tier 1, 2, 4 and 5, EEA applications and other settlement and non-visit visas will be scanned at the Visa Application Centre and sent electronically securely to UKVI.

Apart from an applicant’s passport, all supporting documents will, where possible, be handed back at the Visa Application Centre after they have been scanned.

In order to avoid delays in the Visa Application Centre it is recommended that customers follow the instructions below:

• Bring your original passport (or travel document) and residence permit/national ID card (if applicable);

• Bring A4 copies of all of your supporting documents. Copies should be of reasonably good quality to be readable when scanned. Use coloured copies if necessary.

• If you would like to submit an old passport or a sponsor’s passport as supporting document, then you must provide copies of it as well;

• Remove any staples, clips or pins from documents before submitting them.

Presenting the documents in the format set out above will allow us to scan them more quickly, return them and reduce waiting times at the Visa Application Centre.

Merhabalar danismanima son dönemlerdeki gecikmeyi sordum onun da bilgisi yokmuş. Ama 11 Mart ve 27 Martta basvuran 3 kisinin cevabi olumlu olarak sonuclanmis gecen hafta . Benim 2. Basvurum 13 Martta verdim ama 18 Martta isleme alindi heralde cevap almamiz hazirani bulacak :(

Ben AA nın iptali gibi olumsuz bir durum olduğunu düşünmüyorum açıkçası.
İngilizleri biraz olsun tanıyorsam sistem değişikliği yaptılarsa prosesin düzelip rutine oturması zaman alacaktır.
Araya paskalya da girdi bi çok çalışan o haftayı tatilde geçirdi, dolayısı ile bir süre sonra toparlar diye düşünüyorum.
Daha dogrusu düşünmek istiyorum bu hafta başvuru yapacağım :)

Bu durum benim de başıma geldi. Biz de şu an bir haftalığına Londra'ya geldik BRP alımı, police registration ve ev bakma işleri için. Dün aldım kartımı baktım üstünde TYPE OF PERMIT kısmında "DEPENDANT VISIT" ve REMARKS kısmında da "NO WORK" yazıyor. Bir şok oldum. Çünkü pasaporttaki vizemde TYPE "TO ACC PARTNER" OBSRV. "DEPENDANT WORK PERMITTED" yazıyordu. Sonra foruma baktım hemen bu postu görünce rahatladım konuyu kapattım. Ama bir kaç gün sonra döneceğim ve tekrar ülkeye girerken pasaporttaki vizemin süresi de bitmiş olacak. O yüzden ne yapacağımı şu an bilemedim fakat kartın verildiği formda bilgilerde bir yanlışlık olma durumunda 10 iş günü içinde www.gov.uk/brp servisine danışın demiş. Şimdi bu adrese bir bakacağım bakalım nasıl yönlendirecek. Ama başvurularda da gecikmeler oluyormuş umarım sorunsuz atlatırız bu süreci biraz gerildim açıkçası...

Biz de 3 kişilik çekirdek ailece başvurumuzu 6 Mayıs'ta yapmıştık. Vizelerimiz 23 Mayıs'ta çıktı ve 1 Haziran'da İngiltere'ye girişimizi de yaptık. BRP alınması, polise kayıt, ev kiralama, banka hesabı vs. işlemleri yapıp toparlanmak üzere Türkiye'ye döndük.
E herşey iyi güzel, peki buraya ne yazıyorum ki . . ?

Asıl başvuruyu yapan eşim. Ben de Dependant'ım.
BRP'mi aldım ki; üzerinde NO WORK ibaresi var. Oysa Dependant'ın çalışma izni olması gerekiyor.
İngiltere'deyken UKVI ile irtibata geçmiştim. Konunun İngiltere'deyken çözülüp çözülemeyeceğini bilemiyorlardı. TR'ye dönünce başvurumu yaptığım vize merkezine gittim. Gayet ilgilendiler ancak ne olduğuna dair bir bilgileri yoktu. Sadece son dönemde birkaç tane daha benzer durum olduğunu ve sonrasında ne sonuca vardıklarını bilmediklerini söylediler.
Pasaport teslim alma yerinde A5 bir bilgi formu var. Onu alıp üzerindeki telefon numarasından bir danışmana bağlanıp durumu anlatınca bir mail gönderdiler. Gelen mailde bir kısım özet bilgi ile tekrar UKVI web sitesinde "mail formu" http://ukvi-international.faq-help.com/ üzerinden sorulara cevap veriyorsunuz.
1 gün sonrasında konsolosluktan telefon ile aradılar (başvuru sahibi eşim olduğu için O'nu aradılar), vizenin hatalı olduğunu ve düzeltileceğini söylediler.
Bir mail daha gönderdiler. O gönderdikleri mailin 2 adet çıktısını alıp vize merkezine, pasaport teslim bölümüne gidip papaportumu teslim ettim. 1 çıktıyı pasaport ile veriyor ve diğer çıktıyı da pasaportunuzu teslim almak için saklıyorsunuz.
Şimdi vizemin yenilenmesini bekliyorum. Vize yenileme işleminin 1 hafta gibi bir süre alacağını söylediler. Göreceğiz bakalım.

Şuraya da bir kaç keyword yazayım, forumda aratan olursa bulabilsin. Nitekim tüm başvuru sürecinde en çok faydalandığım forum burası oldu. Tüm entryler için teşekkürler. Bu da bizden ;) hatalı yanlış vize düzeltme

Başvuru formunu dolduruyorum da, bir sürü angarya soru var, hepsine ciddiyetle cevap vermek gerekir mi.
Dependantlar için de ayrı ayrı başvuru formu doldurup randevu alacağız değil mi?
Dependant için dolduruyorum şuan, sponsor bilgilerini soruyor
Kendimi yazacagım herhalde ancak iki sorum var
Relationship - partner olacak sanırım eşi olarak
Bir de Status in the UK diye bir soru var, temp resident dedim ancak tabiki henüz vize vs yok.
Sanırım ona göre değerlendireceklerdir zaten başka mantıklı cevap da yok.

Geçen hafta konsolosluğa attığım maile Cumartesi cevap verdiler, yine hiçbir açıklayıcı bilgi yok, aşağıda bana gelen maili sizinle paylaşıyorum, buradan tek çıkardığım sonuç dönüşün 12 haftaya kadar uzayabileceği, inşallah böyle olmaz, bence bekleyen herkes bir şekilde konsolosluğa mail atarsa hem sürecin belki biraz hızlanması sağlanabilir hem de gelen cevaplardan belki yeni bir bilgi edinebiliriz, ya da en azından cevapları karşılaştırıp herkese standart bir bilgi mi yolluyorlar onu görürüz.
