evet biz oyle yapmistik. sonucta banka hesap dokumunde hesabin ne zamandan itibaren musterek oldugu yazmiyor. ve ingiltere'de joint hesap oldukca yaygin birsey (ozellikle ciftler arasinda), dolayisiyla garip karsilanmiyor.

fakat biz ingiltere icinden basvurdugumuz icin zaten 800 pound'du. ve biz gonderdikten sonra da transitionary uygulamalar baslattilar gecici bir sure icin, bu kurali son 3 ay degil de son gun yaptilar.

cevap için çok teşekkur ederim, bu transitionary uygulamala şu anda geçerli mi, ve nerede açıklanıyor, ben homeoffice sitesinde (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/workingintheuk/tier1/) göremedim şu an için böyle birşey.

geçen hafta kuryeye gitmeden önce son bir kez bakayım kontrol edeyim demiştim form değişikliği falan var mı diye, hsmp kaldırıldı hayırlı uğurlu olsun dumurunu yaşadım :)

yolunu kullandığım zaman listede istanbul teknik üniversitesi ni bulamadım :)
diplomanın yanında EU supplementi var bandrollü falan onu da mı yollasam? yoksa naric'ten denklik mektubu falan mı istesem? bilemedim :/

simdi ben de baktim,points calculator'da listede İstanbul Universitesi de yok!basvurumu gondereli cok oldu,yapabilecegim bisey yok ama huzursuz oldum,sonucta bu okullarin isimlerini naricten alioruz yazmislar
İstanbul Universitesinden mezun olup basvuru yapmis arkadaslar varsa lutfen yazsinlar....

en sonda ingilizce yeterlilik kisminda (egitimini ingilizce almistir kismi secilirse) ilk basta secilen bolum ve universite geliyor fakat kabul etmiyor universitemi? bolum ogrenci islerinden alinan egitimini ingilizce almistir yazısını kabul etmiyorlarmı bu durumda?

Tier 1 General Migrant replaced HSMP. The major difference between Tier 1 (General) Migrant and HSMP is that you will no longer need to make two applications - one for your approval letter and one for your visa. The two stages will be combined at the visa section of the British mission in your country.

How to apply if you are outside the United Kingdom

The process for applying if you are outside the United Kingdom is:

Step 1: complete a self-assessment online using our points-based calculator to find out if you are likely to score enough points.
Step 2: go to the Visa services website, which you can find on the right of this page, to find out if you must submit any personal details in the country you are applying from to find the application form.
Step 3: take or send your form(s), fee and supporting evidence to the visa application centre. You must also arrange to give your biometrics, which are usually taken at the visa application centre.

We strongly advise you to bring all supporting documents with your application. We will not consider any evidence provided after we have made a decision.

If you are given entry clearance as a highly skilled worker from outside of the United Kingdom, you will be able to live and work in the United Kingdom for a maximum period of three years. When the end of this period approaches you will need to apply to extend your stay as a highly skilled worker.

en basit cevaplar ve aciklamalar websitesinde. ama biz hep kompleks problemler ve aciklamalar icat ediyoruz, forumlara felan bakiyoruz. buna hic gerek yok, yapilmasi gereken ilk is web sitesini ve guidance note un bastan sona okunmasi (ki en fazla 1-2 saat alir). sonra herhengi bir gri nokta kaldiysa onun icin forumlarda insanlarin tecrubelerine basvurulabilir. ama web sitesini okumadan forumlara dalmak yaniltici oluyor.

ha sunu da soyleyeyim, bunu vaktiyle ben de yaptim, basvuru heyecaniyla, cok acik bircok seyi dallandirip budaklandirdim. ne kadar anlamsiz oldugunu simdi daha iyi goruyorum (vizeyi almis olmanin rahatligiyla tabii).

Beni anladığım artık belgeleri toplayıp ingiltereye göndermeye gerek yok. Belgeleri toplayıp burdaki merkeze veriyoruz ve sonucu lokal yerdeki konsolosluk filan karar veriyor. Acaba ne kadar sürede karar veriyorlar? Sanırım daha başvuran olmamıştır...

HSMP'de okuldan alinan belge ingilizce yeterlilik icin yetiyordu. Simdi ise point calculator ODTU ve Bilkent'e puan verirken,
Bogazici, Koc, Sabanci gibi ingilizce egitim veren universitelere puan vermiyor.

You can claim points if the points-based calculator confirms that:
the degree was taught to a competent standard of English equivalent to level C1 on the Council of Europe's Common European Framework of Reference for
Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment (CEFR).

UK NARIC will not be able to verify whether a qualification satisfies the English language requirement. So if your qualification cannot be confirmed by the points-based calculator, you should either present an alternative qualification from the points-based calculator if you have one or choose another way of meeting the English language requirement.

Yani anladigim kadari ile CEFR'e sadece ODTU ve Bilkent uygun dolayisi ile baska universite mezunlari bir dil sinavi almak zorunda, yada bir sekilde diger universitelerin bu listeye girmesini bekleyecegiz.
